ive installed the game multiple times now, and the mods, not trying to do anything crazy with the game just make it look a little better. but now ive run through the steps a few times now and it just doesnt seem to be working. after i installed obse i turned the game on to see if id get the test obse message to pop up but it doesnt. my game is through steam , made sure steam launches as admin, steam was off during dl of mods, and the overlay is on. dont know what else to do. any help would be welcome
