I have been following the AE update and the troubles it will cause with SKSE mods so I have opted not go download it yet. However when loading into Skyrim SE, I see at the top that apparently 4 Creations are available for free. Trouble is I can't find out how to get them. I checked in game, I checked the creation club menu and I did not see any of the free ones that it listed. Do I need to download the update on steam to get access? Thanks.

Before I stopped playing Skyrim for a while, I downloaded a mod (not with a mod manager) that added battle scars based on the class. The sorcerer texture had a bunch of burn marks, the bladesman had gash scars, the archer had arrow scars etc I cant remember the name of the file or where I found it, but im pretty sure I found it on the nexus. And I apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong place. Whenever I click to download to manager. I get the error of file not existing in the NMM queue. Whats wrong?

BOSS says Plugin Type: 269 recognized, 12 unrecognized, 95 inactive, 281 all. Plugin Message Type: 12 warning, 9 error, and 72 all. And no I did not know about STEP. I would revert to vanilla but I'd like to keep all my mods and stuff.

I don't think my issue is the metadata. I download the mod to NMM, and it I click to install. No errors. Its just not in the game. Even a manual install doesnt work it seems.

Not using BOSS. Skyrim.ini SkyrimPrefsini Specs: i5 3570k 3.4GHz GTX 660 2GB 8 GB RAM Firewall does not seem to be blocking anything. And I do not use the NMM to launch Skyrim. (And yes I do have SKSE)

It means all those things are there. Its run as admin, the path is right, and the lines in Skyrimprefs are there.

All that is in check. I installed one mod today and that worked, but I've tried installing other mods today too, and those didn't work. I even saw those mods in the game files. And I've had some of them installed earlier at one point, so things like the MCM menu aren't there even though they should be. Like I said, I tried manual install, which didn't work. Even mods from the Steam workshop (they never have before though). And it is a legit game, not pirated. Could there be a problem that isn't NMM?

v0.47.5 and latest Skyrim version Its just doesnt seem to be installing mods, because they arent in the game where they clearly should be or in the files. And even manually installing them doesnt seem to work (I could be doing something wrong for the manual installs though). The mods are Deadly Dragons, Duel Combat Realism, Eat Sleep Drink Bathe, JoO Sith Lightning.

I figured its Steam. Any idea on how to fix it? Or does it just fix itself eventually? Now my games are loading very slow, and sometimes just crash after taking the 3-5 minutes to load.

Whenever I try to start Skyrim, I get a errors I can logout of Steam and log back in and it will start normally, however I have to do this everytime I start it up. Also, it doesn't load sometimes after it happens. Could it be an issue with my load order, or something else?
