using a mouse and keyboard and can do everything else but shoot an arrow from a bow :ohmy:

thats the weird thing i tried without any mods loaded at all and it was the same , new install and new game still no one can shoot a bow. past_thepointof Just now Skyrim Se Stumper of all stumpers . please help !!!! OK everyone i have been playing skyrim for years as well as SE for a long time , i am an experienced modder but am still stumped , for a month now my character as well as npc's draw the bow with the arrow but cannot and will not fire no matter what i do , I have reinstalled, updated, took all mods off, wyrbashed, looted ,SSEeditted, even tried some crazy console commands , to no avail, someone please figure it out because to start a new game with a new install and still not being able to fire an arrow is just frustrating!!!!!
