Can you make multiple merged patches with different mods in each one?

Will it make the game run smoother?

How many mods can I include in a merged patch and can doing this act as a way to cut down on the number of mods in my list. I'm currently running about 221 mods and I want to avoid getting rid of a lot of them.

Why hasn't anyone made a mod where you can play as a werewolf/vampire hunter?

Yea I know all about his stuff he made the Elven Warswords mod for me 3 years ago

Two words: FORGOTTEN REALMS

No one else has ever encountered this problem?

When I click on any NPC in my game they have no voice nor do they have any animation for them talking at all though the subtitles and reply choices do show up on the screen.

The only other one I found was Realistic Needs and Diseases and I uninstalled and reinstalled that without the ETAC patches and ran the Reproccer. Luckily I was at the beginning of the game anyway so I didn't lose anything so starting a new game isn't an issue. Also how would I find out what other mods are dependent on ETAC?

I'm using Both SkyRe and Automatic Variants and after I Uninstalled ETAC the game now CTD at the start menu ?

Anyone ever get the problem with the braziers on the Riverwood bridge being moved to the left or right and floating in mid air beside the bridge also the signpost on the other side of the bridge being moved to the middle of the road. The issue is either with the braziers being added in Claralux or some other mod is causing the actual bridge to move.
