Looking for a house mod I used to use years ago, but can't seem to find. It placed a house in Balmora, between the river and silt strider. It contained rather extensive storage space, an alchemy area, had a simple pool in the basement, and a portal to many locations next to the bed. The building looks like the one from this mod on the outside, but the location and interior are different from that mod.
