@bman011 oh ok sorry bout that man @daedthr I have winrar, and i just made a folder and extracted everything there. There is no readme and all that the folder contains now is a bunch of files named the name of the specific hilts (AnakinEP2, AnakinEP3, CommonJedi, CountDooku, etc.) and np with the explaining u did a pretty good job lol

Idk why but after installing a few mods, i started up skyrim and noticed a problem. Non of the NPC's move. They cant rotate their bodies or walk or attack or anything, however, they still operate. i can still interact with lets say lydia and shell respond, and ill get options like to tell her to do something and shell say ok but wont do anything obviously because she cant move. the animals of skyrim still work and move around, its just the npc's. also, my character is stuck in a "standing" position, even though i am able to move around. as far as i know, my character can do everything as he could before, including attack and stuff, but when you look at him, he just stands there with his arms by his side. if i take out my weapon, itll show up in his hand, but not in an attack stance. i can still hear the noise of swinging the sword when i attack though. so when i move my character, he kinda just slides around, as if walking normally but without the animation. all of the npcs that are stuck are stuck in the same position as my character, the standing position. another thing i noticed is that the npc's eyes still move, so they arent completely gone. Any ideas? please help me :)

I've installed the lightsaber mod (i'm pretty sure its the one with the most downloads) with the NMM and now i want to download the optional file for the special stilts but it says that i have to do that manually. can someone please explain to me how to do this, i've never had to do a manual mod so i'm a bit confused on how to do this. Thanks :)

so i go to my computer, c drive, games, TESV, data, then just drag all of the files into there?

ok and how do i get the resource? are you sure that the resource ur talking about isnt the one i already downloaded btw?

I got the levelers tower through the NMM and started playing it. going through it i realized that there was a lot of purple everywhere, random bugs and glitches, and most of the things that you can activate dont work. I thought that maybe this is just a work in progress or something, but then i read through the mod's description and realized that i should just try downloading it manually, so i went over to the files tab, clicked on download now with NMM on the resources file, and then on the esp file. i activated them (b4 i did all of this i got out of the tower and then deleted the old mod from the NMM) on the NMM, then made sure theyre checked off on the game files, then started playing. same problems as b4 happend. So i went back and realized that maybe im supposed to go 100% manually and just click the button next to the NMM download one for both of the files that lets me download them manually. i just downloaded the resources one and i have google chrome so it appears at the bottom left on a bar. where exactly am i supposed to put this file, and what do i do from there? P.S. this is my second day to the forums, as well to skyrim for the pc and modding so sorry if im asking stupid questions.
