Well, I found the fix, I feel very dumb but it worked out. I did have TAA enabled in BethINI as I heard that fixes it. yet I noticed no difference. I checked the SkyrimPrefs.ini for MO2 and apparently it's not enabled there, I enable it...and the issue is fixed. Thanks for the help gnarly, guess I'm just pretty dumb lol.

Nothing worked...I got no clue what to do, disabling texture mods didn't work, no idea what's causing this.

B Booted up the game with nothing but the unofficial patch and live another life, the issue seems to be gone, but is on the trees. Issue solved somewhat? I suppose a texture mod is the issue, I'm gonna try running all my mods again but disabling my texture mods one by one, see if I find something that fixes this hopefully.

Sadly didn't work, the issue is still there.

IIRC, the default settings should work but if they don't you might need to delve into the documentation a little bit. Didn't work, I tried the recommended tweaks and it did nothing. When I get close to the objects it goes away, once I'm far though it starts to z-fight again.

Alright, I tried all 4 of those, it helped slightly but not much, In Riverwood I'm getting around 40-49 still, I'm not running an ENB either.
