So after what seemed like months since I last updated BOSS, I decided to re-arrange my load order today and the end result was that my world map got screwed up. I can't move it at all, all the locations have disappeared and so has the land of Skyrim itself. I have had this problem last week and managed to fix it after realizing that I disabled a quest mod that was saved in my progress: -Inferno Envoys of The End I re-enabled it and everything was fine. But now the problem returned when I ran BOSS and it can't be the same reason because I still have the quest mod installed.

Kind of wondering what the solution was...

Can you see the scaling of Jon and that beam? He's almost the same width. Again, it's not a trick of distance.

There's nothing wrong with my character, she's at a regular height lv of 1.

Here's some more. This is not shot from a far angle, my character is exactly right next to Farkas and he's still diminutive.

So I was a little curious today and feeling experimental on changing my character when I chanced upon this mod: http://skyrim.nexusm...&preview=&pUp=1 I use cbbe so I downloaded the main file which seems to be meant for it. Unfortunately, once I installed the mod, every npc in the game shrunk in size, making my character look like a giant. Naturally, I uninstalled and had back-ups of the meshes and textures and set everything back the way it was prior to the mod. Except the npc's are still shrunken and you can only imagine how frustrating it is to have "norms" being upset. I've reinstalled back-ups individually for meshes and then textures and nothing changes, I know my character is the proper height because I recognize the height from doors, the proportion of objects and my scaling is still the same in creation menu. It's the npc's who have shrunken and they're still like that despite uninstalling the mod. Maybe I missed something? I dunno but I would be grateful if someone can help me out here. This problem has really killed my motivation to keep playing and I am definitely not reinstalling skyrim plus the mods. Here's a screen to show just what I mean.

Ok, this problem appeared out of nowhere when I installed a few extra mods and my character lost the walking/running animation with weapons drawn, same with all other vanilla npcs except for my follower mods. Then I think I reinstalled skyrim over my old one and loaded the whole thing again and it got worse, my character was the only one who lost all manner of animation, no walking or running, can't crouch nor can I draw weapons. I've done clean reinstallations 3-4 times now and still getting this problem, only this time, I've made sure to reinstall with a few of my old mods that I've mever had any problems with, I kept rechecking after installing them and everything was fine and then when I checked again, the same problem occured.... I've tried locating the problem, looking for which mod caused the problem and deleting each one to see what's wrong and nothing. Nothing at all! Has anyone had this sort of problem? OK I managed to fix the problem BUT everything was going well until halfway through of restoring my mods, the walking animation when weapons drawn is gone so now my character and my followers are the only one that move like hovering sticks. All other npcs seem to be fine...

<p>Well I've been modding the hell out of skyrim for the past 2 months and things were going back and forth with several mod conflicting issues until recently, I added a few weapon mods and such and my character no longer had the walking animation when weapon is drawn, same goes for all other vanilla characters but my mod followers are fine. I might have done something stupid like install a second skyrim in another location to see if I can copy and paste some vanilla files back into my modded skyrim to see if anything changed and that screwed my game even more, my character lost the walking animation and moved like a stick hovering over the ground and can no longer draw weapons. I don't even know which mod is conflicting now since I tried uninstalling the weapon mods but nothing changed. So at this point should I uninstall everthing and delete everything to start all over?</p>

Well I'm not sure if it's the cause but I downloaded several mods and at first only a few worked and then I downloaded more and I know I installed everything correctly but once I press play, the game only goes as far as the Bethesda Studio Logo before it shuts down as if nothing happened. I even tried disusing some of the mods but the problem still remains...
