I appreciate all the help. That was exactly the problem. Once I disabled RSChildren and its patches the game works properly. I am still not a big fan of Vortex. It seems to take a lot of control away from the user. Case in point trying to adjust the load order, there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust it manually in Vortex.

My staging folder is on the same drive and not in the game folder.

I have no idea why my game won't load. SSE shows no errors. I get to the loading screen with the Skyrim emblem, no music plays and I get the pinwheel. Also if someone can tell me how to upload my load order from Vortex that would be great. Vortex is installed on my C: drive and Skyrim on my D: drive. I don't know if that makes a difference. I am running Win10 1903. The latest version of Vortex. I am running 173 mods.

After days of searching for an answer to an mq106 bug that doesn't allow mq106 to finish properly due to Delphine's script not advancing at stage 160., and not knowing what mod is causing this, plus being to lazy to go through the entire list and figuring it out,. I was wondering if it is possible to get around this by creating and esp through the creation kit that would bypass the bug, and if there is how to so it.

Looking for a fix for the bug that keeps Delphine's dialog from advancing after u slay the dragon. I've tried everything that is online but nothing works. Is this somehow related to the Dragonborn DLC. Need someone smarter than me to figure this out.
