I've been searching all over for an answer but none of them work. Whenever I load my save file (I am a level nine orc who is just near the wood elf that would smuggle my stuff into the embassy) my game crashes to the desktop. It has nothing to do with mods since yesterday it was working fine and then it just randomly crashed when I got into the Winking Skeever. I have tried typing coc qasmoke in the start screen, and it does make a new character, but when I load any of the save files from my old game it's like they're all corrupted. None of them work, but for some reason I can make a new game just fine. edit: I have around 65 mods.

your display doesnt support the selected resolution
iiLukeDarkheart replied to elricshan's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
FIXED So, here's my issue: When I open Skyrim, like I hit play, It brings up the "your display doesn't support the selected resolution" with the black box in the corner of my screen. It worked a few seconds ago, when I didn't turn windowed mode on. Ever since I turned windowed mode on, only windowed mode works, and I hate it. (I changed it thinking it would only display my taskbar and give me access to it but I was wrong.) So yeah, no idea what to do. How I Fixed It I right clicked the game in my steam library, clicked on properties on the bottom of the drop down, and clicked "verify integrity of game files." Thanks guys!
