I remember way back there was a mod for Fnv that added a merchant in goodsprings (right after the road bends away from the prospector saloon and to the left). For the life of me i just can't remember what mod it belonged to or what it was called. I could only remember two weapons they sold called 5000 or 50,000 Volts and a melee weapon mailbox. The vedor was also wearing armor very similar to the NCR Ranger armor but with blood stains and was grey, the merchant also sold this armor. If anyone could remember which mod this belonged to ro what it was called i would appreciate it.
