  1. I have encountered this bug many times throughout my various playthroughs. First was during one when my companions, both at my settlement and when following me, would not cease talking about the Children of Atom. It did not matter where we were, what the situation was, or how many of them I had killed, they, never, stopped. It was also all of my companions doing it too, even dlc ones and automatrons, like they all got together in some conspiracy to drive me insane, even ones I had not met yet. After installing Nuka-World, Gage started rambling on as well. The 2nd time was in another game, the topic of conversation this time was Super Mutants, but then changed to Robots later after installing Automatron and encountering some robots, and on my 3rd character it was raiders that was deemed to be the hot subject. From what I have read about others who have encountered this seemingly rare glitch, and my own experiences as well, all had a few things in common. All companions, regardless of if they have been recruited or not, are active or not, or in some cases, even installed or not all talk about the same subject. Be it raiders, super mutants, Mirelurks, BoS, or any other.The favored subject can change, although I have only seen it happen once, after installing Automatron and encountering some of the Mechanist's bots.It does not override all of their random bits of dialogue, they will still talk about other subjects, it just seems that one certain topic captures most of their attention.the doesn't seem to be any known cause of solution for the bug. It has been speculated that it may be tied to settlement attacks, random encounters, or some other such event, but nothing has been proven.This problem has long frustrated me and I have yet to find a solution from anyone else who has had this glitch. Any suggestions would be welcome.
  2. I'm looking to add the voice-changing effect from power armor helmets to the Marine Combat helmet from Far Harbor, but I can't seem to find it in the creation kit. Anyone have any ideas?
  3. So I'm going to Valentine's detective agency to turn in the 'Dissapearing act' quest and also talk to Ellie to start the Far Harbor questline. But whenever I talk to Nick, he is always busy. He never says anything, even though Ellie acts like he does when talking about the Nakano family. I've used console commands in just about every way to try to fix Nick.
  4. Possibly the best power armor creator thus far has been DogtoothCG, He has made some of the more well known mods such as X-02 and T-49 power armor. If anyone would have the skill to make it, it would be him.
  5. I'm surprised I have not yet seen a mod for this yet. Would hopefully do what the thread title says, allow you to go on subsequent dates with Magnolia after the initial one.
  6. So it occurred to me that despite wearing it in 'Airship Down' when fighting the Brotherhood, Maxson does not use power armor when actually assaulting the institute. I was thinking why shouldn't he wear it into battle if he obviously has his own Suit?
  7. In response to post #25852269. Perhaps your character you make is from pre-war, then you're put into some kind of stasis, which wouldn't be that much of a stretch (Vault 112 had stasis pods for the simulation). I just think it would be interesting to explore the wasteland from the perspective of someone who knew what it used to be like.
