Nevermind. It's a known issue with Immersive Sounds apparently

Actually, I just tried adjusting other volume settings in game and those don't stick either

I have supreme storms installed and like to turn up the volume for atmosphere. However, this makes magic/weapons very loud so I set them to 50%. Every time I restart the game, the weapon volume is reset to 100%. Yes, I save after setting the volume, and I have tried making the config files read only.
