It would be nice if you said how, and if the advice given helped or not. Yeah, especially for people like me who are having the same problem. My saves and ini folder are however there and i don't even get to see the the full logo though it does start to be visible. I tried validating the integrity, although there was a whopping 116 files missing from a clean install (smh bethesda and valve) it still does the same thing

i found the problem, is your steam running? because that's what causes that. i turned my steam on to fix it and it didn't work at first, so i posted here. then i tried to open again and it opened right up, just needed a sec

i've seen this mod before, but always didn't like that they weren't very immersive/lore friendly. i was wondering if you could have an option were it's all just vanilla underwear and every clothed npc has them equipped, no crafting or retextures, just lootable vanilla, that would be amazing
