Does anyone know of a mod that makes it so the saloons and bars aren't empty?

When I was going to the NCR Embassy, some glitch explosion happened(been happening a lot in my game recently) and it ended up killing a courier, where I found a note titled "Express Delivery." The transcript is: "some guy up north paid double to get that package to the bigwigs down in vegas, so dont stop unless absolutely necessary. go straight to the delivery point -Billy" I thought this was linked to the Aba Daba Honeymoon mission, but I failed the mission because I killed Motor Runner and I haven't been able to find anything on it. The only other thing I could think of is this either being linked to New Vegas Bounties III and The Inheritance, both of which I have recently completed. Anyone know anything?

So I've been getting a black outline on the potholes in the road, and I've looked it up only to find that I need to turn on transparency multisampling, which did nothing for me, and that it is incorrect blending of edgetrim01.dds. I have various dsound.dll files in my windows directory, but I'm not sure whether or not a file from a mod would be able to get there on its own. After learning about this incident, I have noticed many sign-in attempts from a few different locations in the span of last week, but google blocked them all because of their location and they were on PCs never used before. Has anyone else gotten these recently? They were all attempted from either Ukraine or Vietnam.

In response to post #31999465. I found quite a few dsoun.dll files in my windows files. For now, I would just stick with some sort of antivirus and scan your computer, because I dont think a mod actually can contain any exes to make it install in that directory.

I told Serana to wait in my house, and when I came back, I asked if she could cure herself. She said she would come back later, except for she won't leave. Whenever I try to talk to her she just sits there. Already looked for saves to load back to, but they are way too far back. Any suggestions?

My game crashes whenever I enter combat. The most recent mod I've downloaded was Collision Meshes, but I don't think that would cause my game to crash. Any ideas?

Whenever I open up a trade menu, the game freezes for maybe 2 seconds, then crashes. The only mod I've installed recently was Impact, anyone know a fix?

I REALLY hope that the setting and characters are as good as in New Vegas.... Other than that, I think they can pull it off well

Would it be possible for someone to make it so that rifles have a sling that hangs off of them when aiming, and that can go around your chest when put on your back?

here's what i suggest: Rifle, preferrably on back Sniper rifle, maybe slung across shoulder with a strap on it, or you could go for a Witcher type look (both weapons on back) Pistol/Revolver: Revolver on a holster, pistol maybe in back of pants SMG: strung out across the right side of your rear near your hip These are just a few suggestions, and I hope that you can make this work, good luck!

Reinstalled PN, but that didn't do anything. I'm trying to reinstall Alternative Repairing on top of that to see if it does anything

Repair menu is not showing. Had the Alternative Repair mod installed, but found out it didn't work with Project Nevada's repair system so uninstalled it thinking it would fix my problem. I really like the ponchos in Spice of Life, but can't seem to find a good armor to go with them. I'm using the Courier's Fatigues from Couriers Cache right now, anyone know any armors like that that would fit the ponchos without clipping?

I installed Roberts Males to use Spice of Life, but didn't like it so uninstalled it, and now my character has a purple head, and Russell has purple arms. I tried a .bsa fix, but it didn't help. Any suggestions?

It's a modders resource (peek under permissions) so it's good to go. I think, I only wear riot gear for armor so I may be mistaken, but I believe it's simply using the neckscarf and gun belt (from Dragbody's and Backstrepo's resources) along with vanilla parts of the combat armor (and a few other outfits). So a male version would be pretty easy. No original models needed, just a bit of C & P in blender. Anyway let me know if you still want it, and I can take a look at putting it together when I start up modding again (hopefully have time this weekend or sooner). That would be great! I don't have much GECK or Blender know how (just basic tweaking), so anything would be appreciated.

I found this mod and found it was female only. Someone should try and get permission from the author to make a male version and replace the regular combat armor with it.

Reading through those old musings, I'm starting to think NVBIII will be way closer to the super-dark Lake of Fire draft than we suspect. Every hint we've been given points to a very traumatic experience for the Courier. I hesitate to post this due to Someguy's absence, but I don't think it reveals anything more than he has already said, so here goes: Having tested an early build, I'd say that Someguy's statements concerning the mod tend to be very accurate. I won't spoil anything, but the Lake of Fire draft it is not. This is not to say it is not scarring, or traumatic, or dark, it very much is all of those. Especially if you bring a treasured companion! But it's not quite the ocean of grimdark that is the Lake of Fire draft. And for anyone who wonders why their Courier would chase Marko into the snowy mountains of Utah, beyond the reasons of adventure, or simple justice? Well, at one point this mod turns very personal, much more than any other quest in the game. Wait, are you saying that NVBI and II weren't personal!!???

I've noticed that some of the textures in the street(will leave a link to screenshots) are low-res and make the game seem like Borderlands. I have a mixture of NMC and OJO Bueno installed, but can't seem to find any textures for these.
