Having problems with freezing in Boston. Especially during fighting. I am not hip to the mod world of acronyms... I know FPS means something per second and WIP means Work In Progress... So please if you cae to try to help use laymens terms lol. I ave already posted a thread about this issue. i got some good feedback. Such as I may have to start a new gane w/o Sim and that maybe Modern Firearms maybe causing my issue. If that's true I'll have to top playing because vanilla weapons are lame.... i was told to put Sim at the bottom of load order... But what about Sin add-ons? They'd go after Sim am I right? My question is do I have to many overhauls... i have Militarized minutemen non leveled version which overhauls the Minutemen with different names and they are more active in patroling and gives them new uniforms. I also have Companion overhaul by DeadCH1cken and The Deadly Commonwealth.. that overhauls Raiders, gunners, etc while adding new characters. I've read the descriptions of all my mods and none say anything about conflicts except Nora Companion mod author said he has had complaints about Mans BFF and Nora. So I Deleted Mans BFF in a new playthrough and stil had issues. I will post my mods in the exact order i have them in. all are enabled except the castle Repair mod. I know most of you play on PC so I'm hoping there is are Xbox one experts out there that come across this thread. 1.) Unofficail FO4 Patch 2.) Sim Settlements version 7 i think? It's thelatest one 3.) Cheat Terminal- I have put this at top of load order and nottom and no changes 4.)Sim Settlement Add-on (Leader/Leaderpack)- (says it needs version 3.4 or higher to work but I can't find wher Sim Settlements tells you. Like I said I think it's verion 7) 5.) Militarized Minutemen- I dont believed it is theleveled version but idk 6.) Heather Casdin-Companion who also gives a quest) 7.) Nora Companion (WIP) 8.) Companion overhaul 9/) The Deadly Commnwealth Expansion (overhauls raders, gunnners, etc..) 10.) Everyones Best Friend-( Nora mod does say that some ppl have had issues with this mod. I removed and still freezes) 11.) Full English Dialogue Overhaul 12.) Really Unlimited Carry Weight 13.) XB1 Survival Compass 14.) Main Menu Music Replacer 15.) Immersive Fallout-Music.. just changes the music obvi 16.) Castle walls repaired-Ultimate Vanilla Edition *not activated* since I aven't taken the castle yet 17.) HUDFramework 18.) I've already made one post about how my game freezes when I am in Boston... especially with a lot of action goin on. But ven if I'm just walkng along. I got some good info. I was told to drop Sim Settlements and start a new game.... or try to put it at bottom of load order. I was also told to maybe delete Modern Firearms v2,5-1.4..... But without those guns and the arnor it allows me I would just stop playing the game all together. vanilla Weapons are cheesy to amd just aren't adass enough for me. I was wondering if the fact that I have an Overhaul for Companions by DeadCh1cken and a mod called Deadly Commonwealth Overhaul that is only overhauling the factins like the Raiders and Gunners.... Also Militarized Minutemen that basically overhauls the Minutemen. i don't have the leveled version but the "regular" one. It kid of overhauls the minutemen by adding more types of Minutemen such as snipers and what not.... But it says nothing in the descriptions of any of those mods that they conflict with any other mod. Except Nora Companoion mod the author says he has received complaints that sometimes they don't work together... I've tried not using Mans BFF and still had the issue.... I will show you the mods I have in the order I have them in. So if anyone has any second opions for an Xbox user like me...... I understand most on this site use PC only... Thank You for your input. Unfortunatly you just broke my heart. Modern Firearms is really the only reason why I play... The vanilla weapons are weak in my opimiom, they dont look cool and you can't do much to make them stronger.... I also enjoyu Sim Settlements.... I enjoy using it even though I dont really know how to use it. I.ll drop unlimited carry weight... since the newest upodate of the Cheat Terminal has a new section that allows you to adjust your survival mod settings. like YOu ca request saves or autosaves whenever you want, you can enable fast travel and adjust ther amount damage you can dish out and that you can take.... it also lets you raise your carry weight to 5000.... WhichI tried and found I was carrying like 40k lbs lol... but I can fix that by saving stuff in the settlement and The nerchant which is a uniguw feature in CheatTerminal... It allows you to summons a merchant at anytime and offload and trade with him when needed. I can also not pick up everything. I will Put Sin at end of load order. i thoiught that having 2 companion mods plus Mans BFF could cause issues. Sibce allows me to have 2 ppl and Dogmeat with me at all times.... Ive deleted Heather but not Nora... the Nora mod is a WIP-which i think means work in progress. maybe she was causing issues. thanks for the tips

I use a regular Xbox one. I just rebought FO4 about 5 months ago becasue it's legit one of my favorite games ever. I've beat before but with mods I'm trying to make it even harder. Evrything works fine until Boston and then it freezes especially if there is fighting or a lot of action. I bwkieve the "techie" term is when there is a lot of FPS. But it freezes when I'm alone also. But only in the city. I once had about 47 mods now I'm down to like 27. I;m going to type in the mods I'm using in the order they are on my Xbox. I read the descriptions to make sure they are compoatable. I put a mod wehere it tells me. I even use the Bethesda.com Mod load order thing. Still have issues.
