Could a mod be made that allows you to add the ability of the LOTE Outfit, Of it being suitable for all temperatures, To any outfit you want?

A lot of horses have their own special colour for the manes and tails, So if you want a certain design for your mane and tail, You can't have the base colour, Why can't a mod exist that adds the option to change the manes and tail, And keep the original colour? The obvious example for me, Is the Pinto Foxtrotter, It has pure white mane and tail. Which can't be selected in colour settings of the design choices, I still want the same colour, I just don't like how the Foxtrotter Mane goes over the horses eyes, I know that was awkward to understand but I'm sure someone gets me

Could someone create a mod that allows you to name your own weapons, I think Arthur and John should be able to create and own their own iconic loadout that you can even name the weapons
