Yes I do, used LOOT too for the load order. Not sure if I'm supposed to put them in a specific way or not.

I'm sure you guys read a lot of people having this issue and that a clean install would probably do the trick. I've done that before and it seems to never work correctly for me. All of the presets that I've installed, I have followed the instructions and installed the correct mods. I'm completely new to modding ME3, and I've been struggling with this problem for almost two days. I've followed girlplays' instructions and no matter what I do, I still somehow get blocky hair. I have already reinstalled a clean game and still get the same problem. I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but maybe it has to do with me using Auto TOC Updater and not TOC Bin Updater.
