I would verify and validate with what earlier posters replied. Please make sure you have the extensions displaying as you most likely have a text file labelled as Fallout4Custom.ini.txt instead of a file labelled as Fallout4Custom.ini To show all extensions perform this: 1. Launch Windows/File Explorer 2. From the File drop down select "Change Folder and Search Options" 3. Click on the View tab 4. Uncheck the option for "Hide Extensions for known file types" 5. Click Apply. 6. Click OK. Navigate then to your Fallout My Games folder and verify the extension is correct, it should NOT contain a .txt Cheers!
