Mods only owrking if I manually install them?

Indeed I have no idea were its even putting them, becasue its not putting them were I have it set. -
I'm just woundering if anyone else has this problem, no matter what mod I try to install with NMM it never installs even though it will say its complete. I have to manually add it and then the manager will recognise it.
