  1. When Joe gives you the chores to do so you can win the battle easier, if you talk to each of the residents and pass a speech check they surrender and live alongside powder gangers or move out. For Doc Mitchell theres a 25 speech check, Sunny Smiles theres a 35 speech check, and for trudy its 40.
  2. When you commit a crime, you get arrested, it's implied to happen on the strip, there's an NCR prison, why not have it in game? I propose it would work like this, if you're in NCR territory and you commit a crime, if it's petty a guard will reprimand you and you will lose some relations with the NCR, if it's a bigger crime the guards or soldiers will shoot you. Holstering your gun will make them initiate dialogue with you, telling you to come with them. Here you can offer a bribe, which could be based on the crime(s) you did or your barter skill, or both, or you could agree to go to jail, or tell them off and continue fighting. If you surrender you will be teleported to a room with a cell and some guards patrolling, you sleep in the bed to serve your sentence and you loose some skills. If you took back control of the NCRCF then you will be placed here instead. All weapons will be stripped from you. At Legion territory it functions the same, except you will spawn next to a cross with both your legs crippled, and your stuff missing, with a pop up window saying that you were crucified and your legs smashed in, but you broke free from the crucifix. Your supplies will be in a crate near the guard at the entrance with a lock on it. If you're in the Strip you get teleported to a neat prison with securitron guards, but if you have Yes Man instead of Mr. House, then when the securitron approaches you and tells you to surrender, you can say something like "Yes Man get me outta this mess!" And he'll remove your bounty on the Strip. You cannot bribe Legion soldiers because they like watching you suffer and are brainwashed, and you can't bribe Securitrons because they have a programmed response to crime and have no use for money. I just thought of this quickly I don't know if it exists or if it couldn't be done.
  3. There's some really annoying NPCS I hate and I'd love to have an option to be able to initiate dialogue with them and have a dialogue choice that says like "Degenerates like you belong on a cross." Then screen fades to black and then they appear on a cross. Of course only works on non-essential NPCS and probably nameless NPC's too.
  4. Good mod idea but would take a lot of effort. As for Yes Man, dev team has said before that Yes Man's new code literally is harmless and is just making him more assertive. Hes not betraying you, hes not going to turn on you, it's just him not being such a Yes Man anymore.
  5. exactly, i dont know what you guys are talking about, the money is L I T E R A L L Y useless
  6. Can you actually spend anything with it? No you only use caps.
  7. Could easily make modifications, a $100 dollar NCR bill is worth 40 caps, so, in mcm menu if you have your preference set to NCR, when you pick up a $100 dollar NCR bill it automatically added 40 caps. Then when you spend those "caps" at a merchant, it removes the $100 dollar bill and the 40 caps from your inventory.
  8. Um, theres already a mod for that. Search "T-60 Power Armor"
  9. Currently, NCR money and Legion money serve no purpose, you can't buy anything with it and its better off heading to a casino and exchanging it for caps. How about being able to set a preferred currency from the mcm menu, then in that factions territories (legion & ncr) you can use their money to buy stuff like if you were using caps. Then if you're in independent territories (primm, goodsprings, freeside, etc) you can use caps, ncr bills, aureus, or denarius.
  10. Unfortunately, I don't know GECK lol. But this seems rather simple, just remove the arm raising and showing pipboy animation, remove the pipboy model, put the pipboy screen at the center of the game screen, and add maybe a terminal sound. This seems good if you are a power armor enthusiast, or rping as a cyborg.
  11. Third person animations for using items, drink whiskey? in third person it will show you drinking it, either sitting down, or standing. Light up and smoke those cigarettes or whatever its called allows you to smoke cigarettes, this could be implemented into the mod too to allow you to smoke cigs in thirdperson!
  12. So like, when I use an item like whiskey or a chem, in thirdperson it plays an animation of the player giving themselves said item. It will only play when enemies are cleared. Theres a mod called light up and smoke those cigarettes or some s#*!, so that mod can be supported in this mod.
  13. Yeah yeah Ik NV doesnt have multiplayer, I was referring to the mod. Also I don't think it exists anymore, I looked for it and nothing popped up. EDIT: NVM https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58447?tab=files FOUND IT
  14. So, terminals are pretty lame yeah? You can only read stuff, but what about actually being able to type stuff and save it? So like in every player home available, there will be a terminal and chair (for comfort) and you can access the terminal. It will ask for a password that you can put in with a max of like 10 characters or something i dunno. It will accept whatever password you put in and then it will show the typical terminal menu with a thing called "Add New File" or something. It will then create a new file and ask for a name, you put the name of the file and then start typing away whatever you want. Once you exit the file it automatically saves, once you exit the terminal it automatically locks itself with your new password. And if you have more than one player home, you can still access the same files on every terminal in those houses. Now why would this be useful, well not really lol, I guess for roleplay stuff. One use I can see though is if you have a brother or friend or whatever that uses your fallout save and you want to write down some important info and don't want him seeing it. Dumb idea and waste of time but... yeah. EDIT: Fallout NV has multiplayer right? I just realized this mod could be used for that. So basically still allow the terminal for singleplayer, but on multiplayer its a little different. For choosing a password, it will give you a list of passwords that is already in the game. This is because Im also thinking players should be able to hack your terminal, and if you have a custom password like "p3n1scr3am3r6969" thats going to stand out from all the other passwords the game shows during hacking.
