might be one of the sickest jackets I've seen in the game

i had to do a clean install since i broke the gorilla arms for my female v, i backed up a save and just placed it in my saves folder, i had mods installed but it seemed fine after the clean install, i did downloaded some clothing mods but i dont think that messed with the frames, however i installed the CET mods manager, and i was playing with the files in-game (e.g. deleting folders and pasting lua. files in different places) basically testing what worked and not worked, then the next day ran cyberpunk but it was stuttering so much it was literally 3-5 seconds stuttering all the time, Well what i did was starting a new game, the new game didnt stutter so guess what, im starting from scratch again ;/

my game ran smoothly before but now its stuttering every 3-5 seconds, its pretty consistent, ive tried lowering my settings to the lowest setting and i still get frame stuttering, my nvidia graphics are up to date and also my windows, it's really annoying any help would be appreciated

can someone please restore the textures of V's car after the mission "these boots are made for walkin" the dirt and rust of the vehicle kind of ruins the aesthetic of this nomad car, this car sounds too good to be covered in dirt and rust :/
