So i was messing around in the Creation Kit and i'm trying to add a perk in the game, i know this isn't really possible to add perks to the perk tree, but that's not what i need, what i want to do is just add it to the game in a way that you can get it by collecting a magazine, i'm not really sure how to do this but i think if i duplicate an existing perk and edit it, then set up a magazine to give it to you somehow it should work, But my main question is : I want to lower charisma by 3 points, but keep the price at vendors the same, so only speech checks are affected, is that even possible or am i being stupid, also if it reduces charisma by 3 points, will this break the game by putting you at -2 charisma or will it just make you trash at anything charisma related? I would appreciate some help with this since i'm a total noob to everything mod related, i don't think it's possible but i'm still asking just in case i missed something obvious to more skilled people.

I have this problem too, just this morning i was download a crap ton of mods for fallout 4 and at some point it just stopped working, when i clicked on the download button it brought me to a messed up version of the download screen and did nothing, i tried clicking on the download button for in case it doesn't start automatically but that did nothing either, i also noticed when i go on a mod page all the pictures are messed up and not in a line, just thrown randomly on the top of the page, as far as i know there is no fix to this, i think it's just a f*** up on caused by the site, because i have tried everything i could think of and it still didn't do anything.
