I had this happen in the past before but I'd just restart my computer and it would work fine but it seems no matter what I do or what guide I follow the script extender executable won't launch, like I see a small black window for a few seconds and then just nothing, try launching the default skyrim SE and Steam is telling me the game is already running, i can't close it from steam. it has been 3 days and I need my skyrim fix, I'm considering just playing vanilla at this point but i am in desperate need of some help with this

Just looking for an easy to download mod since I have no idea how to port mods from one game to another but, never really seen a mod that only recolors the bound weapons but I absolutley love the visuals this mod below has. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34624/
