Okay, to all you modders out there... I am not one od you. I have a lot of techie friends who mod, I understand the difficulties, and I appreciate the challenges because I have worked around internet and computer tech my whole life.... But a simple request from one od those who doesn'r have the wherewithall, the time, or frankly the skill and patience required to do these amazing mods- I do not need another player home. Besides the 5 in the cities, I also have the three that I was able to purchase and customize thru Hearthfire, and I bought the 15K one that came with the "Sea of Ghosts" quest (which was pretty cool- except for the over complicated hidden quest I haven't been able to discover). Some of you have developed some absolutely amazing questlines and dungeons, capping them off with yet ANOTHER potential player home with all my needs and desires (although Reaper's "Dark Tower" was probably the best in this regard, truly outstanding even if it did offend some christian sensibilities). STOP IT. Please. Put more effort into developing the dungeons, the NPCs, and the questlines. If you can't find a voice actor, that's okay! specify text- frankly, If someone wants to pick to pick up your concept and script -they will pay for it, hopefully with you getting a cut! Seriously, I am half lit- not trying to offend, but I have download a buttload of the 1100 or so "player homes", been reaaally impressed, explored, and then dumped the mod because WHAT IS THE POINT? . Again, I admire the work- but I fear i it is wasted talent. All these great lodges and castles could be bandit hideouts, Thalmor strongpoints, or Stormcloak/ Imperial fortresses. Lastly, I hate posting this, because it sounds liker a whine(which, I guess it partially is), so I want to close by thanking EVERYONE who is modding Skyrim, because you are keeping the most entertaining game of my lifetime fun and ....well.... entertaing! PS the follower mods are also out of control, but I appreciate the diversity. Not a lot of Redguards out there..
