thanks for your help <3 it worked but holy damn i gucked up my fallout.

Hey guys I'd really appreciate some help with my problem if anyone is willing, I'm relatively new to the modding scene and have been using vortex for a few days, I have downloaded a few mods for my game and whilst I can't get some off them to work properly I still had the option to try and fix the problems. But now after trying to get my Rudy ENB to work by downloading the enbseires folder and moving the dll and the enbhost into my fallout new vegas file vortex can't find my falloutNV anymore, and even after deleting them from the fallout file It still can't find my game. I've tried going into settings > games then manually searching for the game but it doesnt show anything but data and redists in the fallout file, saying it can't find the falloutNV.exe even though if i go into the file through file explorer I can see it right there.
