What should I edit to modify fPickpocketChance min/max of sleeping NPC? And where?

Maybe someone can made a simple mod which raise min-max pickpocket chance of sleeping people?

I add and edit some perks and want to change form of snap perks. When I change in CK skyrim se perks into new form ingame they draw randomly - not in my form. How should I change the form draw correctly?

So... I have a mod which add a flying object around character. And I want to make this object make a little light. What can you advise? Yes I use Creation Kit

I have this problem. I turn off all mods, starts new game and delete the Interface folder (why not) and it doesn't help me. What should I fix and what and where? I don't understand what can cause this bug. And another text looks like normal.
