It's inside one of the .swf files. You'll need to use FFDec to edit 'em. To get the .swf files, unpack the Fallout4 - Interface.ba2 file with the Archive2 tool.

 

True, i found it in MainMenu.swf

 

But I found a "workaround" by changing Translate_en.txt instead. Obviously much easier and faster.

I have been poking around in the interface files but have not found it.

 

Have I not looked hard enough or in the right place?
