  1. Is this thread still alive?... Seems like I understood how to import modified textures in game using that tutorial: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/54503-TUTORIAL-How-to-modify-textures-%28gwent-cards%29?p=1872553#post1872553 BUT there is a huge problem which I have no ideas how to solve: The modified texture is shown in game only when the character is very close to camera. When the camera is going away from the character, the modified texture starting to replace with vanilla one. My suggestion, that is how LOD works in this game: when the camera is going away from the model, the texture is replacing with low-res one or something like that, But I didn't find any other (low-res) textures in texture.cache.... How it works - I made a retexture of Geralt face in order to make him look younger (removed his wrinkles, his stubble etc.) I imported this new textures in game. Where I can find those "distant" textures or smth?... I tryed to edit Vesemir also, with the same result... The texture works only on close distance... update: I am pretty sure that mip textures are stored in streaming.cache archive. But, I don't know how to unpack it. Seems like like I stucked again...
  2. Cloth and armor physics is also possible, as far as I can see...   3. Why there are no animations mods for males? :sad: Sure, I'm not the only one who play with male character...but the default walking/running animation is awful...
  4. FIXED: All I needed to do is to install 314.22 drivers for Nvidia :) Previously, I had 311 and 320 then, both of them are conflicting with ENB. Now with 314.22 it is ok. prod80, thank you for your answers!

  6. Hi, I have a texture bug when I use ENB. The problem is - when Ambient Occlusion in ENB options is enabled some detalis of the interior become transparent. When AO is off everything is ok, but it doesn't look so nice.. How it looks: http://ib2.keep4u.ru/b/2013/06/03/15/157fbea099568cc76b6bfca4655be207.jpg I'd already added these strings to my SkyrimPrefs.ini [Display] section: bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 bTreesReceiveShadows=1 bDrawLandShadows=1 bShadowsOnGrass=1 and I made SkyrimPrefs.ini file "read-only". I tryed to back-off my Nvidia drivers to previous version and I also tryed to update them to the last version. I disabled antialiasing, anisotropic filtering and FXAA in Skyrim Launcher options and in Nvidia control panel (for both Skyrim.exe and skse_loader.exe). No result. Have no ideas what to do next... :(
  7. The point is, that bug appears even if ALL other mods are disabled (not only lighting mods, but absolutely all mods), that is why using BOSS brings no results.. probably it's texture issue or something... I'll better try to reinstall Skyrim anyway)) Thanks for answering!
  8. Please, explain how to do it (check the load order etc.) I use NMM and all I can do is disable them in NMM's list or delete them from it, I have no ideas how to fully delete them from the system (if there are some extra files from previouse mods provoking the problem)

Hi, I have really annoying bug which I don't know how to fix - when I starting to use ANY lighting mod (Enhanced Lights and FX, Realistic Lighting Overhaul, Dynamic Shadows etc.) lights in game starting to blink depending on character's view point, just like on next videos: When I disable lighting mods everything becomes alright. Of course, I dont use all of them at the same time (so the problem is not because of conflicting them between each other). Does somebody know what to do? :(

By the way, I had defaultmale & female files in the correct places previously, still don't know what was the problem, but I'm starting to think that the point was in the hard drive I picked (I have 2 - one ("C") with Windows, second ("D") with games and programes including Skyrim) When I extracted meshes (.nif) to the Desktop (which is part of C drive) 3ds Max doesn't open it (error appears) but when I'am opening it from D drive it works as dream :) I suppose the similar situation is here. It doesn't work from C but works from D :)
  11. Hi everyone! I have a problem with .hkx to .kf converting. I tryed two methods of converting it, the first one is with the help of the console (cmd) and hkxcmd.exe and the second one is from the special converter program, this one - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17109 Anyway, the result is the same no matter what exactly method I use. CMD Method: - First I go to the "character" directory in my folder of exported anims; - Then I copy "skeleton.hkx" file to the main directory of it; - Creating "anim-out" empty folder for converted .hkx; - Opening console, typing the path to the folder with "skeleton.hkx" and "animations"; - Starting hkxcmd.exe from console; - Then I enter this command: hkxcmd.exe exportkf „skeleton.hkx“ „animations“ „anim-out“‘ - It starts extracting, no complains, no errors; - When it's finished, the console window looks this way: http://s8.postimage.org/qo8jzcjn9/cmd.png Looks like everything extracted properly. BUT, when I enter my "anim-out" folder, I find it empty from any .kf files, only folders where created (male, female, horse_rider), but the are empty too. Why so?! The situation with the "convert-xml-hkx-kf" program is the same. It's created two folders - input and output (converted files have to apper in the output folder after converting). I place „skeleton.hkx“ and „animations“ to the input folder, then press "hkx to kf" button, program says: "converted!" and male, female, horse_rider folders appear in "output" but no .kf files. I have read a lot of tutorials and doing everything just as they said, I just can't understand what am I doing wrong... Please, help! P.S. And exuse me for my English, I know it is far from perfection :rolleyes:
