  1. Hey all, im having some trouble with removing certain parts of a mesh/model, for example: a mod gives you placeable static workshop objects like a dining table full of plates and bottles combined in 1 static model. I would like to remove one bottle from the the table so i go in nifskope, open the model and remove that bottle (block) and save. When i go back in the game the bottle is indeed removed but when i place the object down i cant select it anymore after that and now the whole table and other items upon it have no collision anymore. Anyone know why this happens or how i should go about hiding or removing blocks ? Or know a tutorial specific for that issue i should watch because i cant find anything. thanks in advance

Hi, dunno if this is the right place to ask but im looking for a mod i saw in a build video once, it allows you to place these light orbs that are visible only in workshop mode ( obviously the lighting itself still shows outside workshop mode ). Would like to find this mod but dont remember what video i saw it in or whats it called, maybe its part of a bigger mod, anyway i dont find it on the nexus for now. If anyone knows which mod im talking about please let me know thankyou :)
  3. Thanks for the Reply, i will certainly take a look at your mod and see what i can learn from it, maybe it is indeed better to have the workshop recipes hide ( getSDisabled ) instead of trying to delete them, thank you for your time.
  4. Hi, i do quite a bit of modding on my workshop items, adding new ones, cleaning up modded ones, removing objects i dont like etc, ( as main workshop mod i use workshop rearranged ). Today i decided to remove the super mutant categorie since i never use it ( i know its no big deal but once i got something in my head about the wprkshop it just has to happen :p ) so i removed all the supermuntant items with workshop rearranged as my active esp cobj and objects themselves. all of them are gone just like always when i do this except for these 4 totems: 00249ef0 00249ef1 00249eee 00249eef ( these are original workshop items from the base fallout 4 game, just loaded in a new categorie by workshop rearranged ) They still show up under Structures - misc - mods. they no longer have their material requirements but i can still place them ( no longer select or pick them up or even scrap after placing them though ) I have looked everywhere for some leftover files in the workshop but found nothing, tried disabling all other esps exept the one i removed them one and they still show up. Even tried overridinng them to a new esp on f04edit and removing them in there but all to no succes, they keep showing up and i have already wasted hours of my life on this pointless task haha. If anyone knows how to help me with this and whats causing this please leave a reply, thanks in andvance :)
  5. hey man thanks for all the answers, managed to extract the mod files and change the speed in the correct meshes, also found out why i couldnt click on anything, in nifskope - view it wasnt set to expand tree. anyway it works now, ty very much for your time and for learning me something new.
  6. i found this niTransformcontroller and when i click on it (nifskope noob) i see an attribute list at the bottom, there i can see frequency, next to it FLOAT and next to that frequency is usually 1.000 but i cant seem to change any value, the only thing i can click on is float and i have no idea what that is :p

Hey quick question. i just downloaded this mod Sky High (Windmills Settlements)and besides adding lots of new windmill stuff it also changes the rotation speed of the windmill blades and its much to fast for my liking. i would like to set this back to vanilla. i tried looking in the ck if there was any animation speed value i could change but i didnt find anything ( missed it ?). I also tried to open the windmill generator and raider generator in NIFSKOPE and while i can see the mesh and play the rotation animation i cant find any value or frequency to change the speed, i have been looking for hours for tutorials or anything but so far nothing, please help if you can :D thanks in advance.

Hi. i have downloaded some mods that add stuff to the workshop and im tweaking them a little to my liking. so far adding or removing some items that i dont want has been no problem, but i have this one item i cant find in the ck, its a craftable fusion cell with standard power icon artwork. found under power/ misc. I cant find this anywhere in the creation kit no matter what words i type in the filter so i gues the author must have named it to something completely different but now its like finding a needle in a haystack. I know this item uses the WorkshopRecipeFilterResource02Power03Misc keyword and i see next to that that i has 19 users, but is there any way to see which 19 items are using this keyword ?, some kind of list or anything that might help me find where this item is in the ck so i can delete it. It something small but it bothers me.
  9. HI, just a quick question that i cant seem to solve myself. how do i add an item like a holtape straight to the players inventory. like when u install a mod and when u first load up the game the holotape gets added to your inventory.

Hi, i have recently been trying to remove the counter stores from the workshop menu. the flat ones with the yellow front that came with a patch i think ( removing some stoff from the workshop i never use ). ive created a new esp, found the items in the ck, deleted the COBJ of all of them aswell as the items themselves but they still show up in the workshop. the only thing that dissapeared was the description from the COBJ but the items were still visible and buildable in the workshop with building requirements and everything else intact. how is this possible when i clearly see they are deleted in the ck, ( also disabled all my other mods to see if one of them duplicated the items or anything but even with just the master files and my esp that should remove them checked they still show up ) how is this possible ?, i have done this for many other items and just removing the COBJ ussually does the trick and they are gone from the menu. have been looking for hours but still havent found the reason why this doesnt work with the counters. example of the items i removed in ck COBJ: workshop_co_StoreArmor01Counter FURN: WorkshopStoreArmor01Counter
