  1. Greetings, thanks for reading this mod idea. I am hoping this mod can be easily made - its a simple idea where instead of hassling with all the spell scrolls you can easily use a mod to have a Wizard character learn all the spells available to the wizard class. This would be especially useful for hirelings or origin characters that decide to switch to the Wizard class much later in the game, and have not enough spell scrolls saved up from which to learn all the spells. While there are some mods that provide various spell scrolls honestly having a mod that directly teaches your Wizards all the spells available to the wizard class would be a great QoLife improvement. Thank you for helping out!
  2. To me it honestly feels like many of the Saving Throw targeting spells are lagging behind their Attack Roll counterparts, especially in the early game where fancy gear with + Spell DC bonuses isn't available while Attack Roll users can simply climb onto a box/roof/ladders and get +2 to their Rolls & weapons with +1 (not to mention sources of Advantage rolls like Faerie Fire or Prone). This is also not accounting for the rather unfun "concentration" mechanic, which in itself is very penalizing to spell variety and balance. Currently the formula for Spell Save DC is " 8 + proficiency bonus + spellcasting ability modifier ". It would be phenomenal if there was a mod that would change it to be a 10+ instead of an 8+ , with perhaps an alternative download option that is a 12+ for those that want a full spell caster party focused on Saving Throw spells. If this also affected the enemies/NPCs then even better since it would evenly apply to all the spell casters across the entire game. I am not at all familiar with BG3 modding but i am hoping that this is something that mod makers could accomplish, since it would greatly improve the overall balance and variety of the spell/class choices in the game. Thank you for helping out!
  3. Greetings I would like to suggest a mod where Withers (the respec npc in player camp) would become a Trader that has a ton of gold for buying items from the player. That way whenever a player has a ton of junk they can just enter camp, sell stuff to Withers and continue on their adventure. Thank you for considering it.
  4. Hello I would like to suggest a QoLife mod that simply automatically marks an item you pick up as Wares if the item has no other purpose in the game (such as forks, bottles, paintings etc). It would significantly cut down on the tedium of wrestling with the inventory and UI. Thank you.
  5. Most vendors i have seen carry only a few hundred gold for buying items from players. Which is kinda pointless and tedious, especially if your party can carry a lot of looted items. Please consider a mod that will x10 or even x100 the amount of gold that vendors have for buying items from players.
  6. Hello, could someone please consider making a mod that always guarantees critical success dice rolls for dialogues, lock picks/traps & environment checks? There are some mods that try to do so already but they either don't work properly/consistently or they also affect some combat aspects which kinda ruins the fun of fighting. Particularly troublesome to mod seem to be dialogue checks that rely just on attributes (not skills), like Detect Thought dialogue options. Thank you!!
  7. Well honestly that explains why no one has already made a mod for gear mod stripping. I was really shocked to see that such a mod does not already exist (i started FO4 like half a week ago). But since bethesda made everything so complex i am no longer mystified about all this. If you manage to make it work i am sure it would be an amazingly useful addon. But as far as i understood it seems that the entire design and implementation seems very complicated...
  8. I like looting all the modded/legendary weapons and armor as i adventure. When i get to my workbenches after an hour of fun i have my inventory insanely full of loot with various mods. Right now i have to go manually though all the weapons and replace valuable mods with basic mods, so that the valuable ones go into my inventory. After that i either keep the weapon in it's basic form (e.g. assault rifle) or i scrap it for some basic materials. As far as i have heard it would not be difficult to make a mod that offers a "strip all mods from weapons/armor" function. It can swiftly remove all the non-standard (non-basic) mods from a weapon/armor, and replace them with the most basic (cheapest) mods. That way we can instantly get the good mods removed from weapons and into our bags, while the remaining basic weapon can be either scrapped or stored for later. I imagine some simple interaction like: - with loot in bags you access a work shop - you press a specific button to activate the "strip mods" function on the selected weapon/armor - the mod instantly removes non-basic mods and replaces them with the simplest ones. - after that the stripped weapon can be either scrapped or just left in the inventory for the player to decide An alternate option could be an object that you put in all your special loot and it would do the above process but for ALL the weapons/armor inside that object (or inside your bags if easier). Honestly i am very surprised that bethesda did not make that function available by default, and that no one has made a mod for such a function already. The only addon that i found with a similar purpose is rather broken, since it makes most weapons completely unusable. I hope someone steps forth and makes this rather amazing (and time saving) addon :)
  9. Whenever i finish a big adventure i come back to a work bench to see what weapons and armor i have acquired. In order to see clearly among the tons of loot, i usually strip each weapon and armor down to its basic form (e.g. Assault Rifle). That way all the mods on them go into my pocket and i can relocate them as i wish. However one really nasty issue is that such a process takes A LONG time to complete when i have a s***-ton of loot. I have tried googling for a mod that will simply strip all the weapons/armor in my inventory (or work station), but all i have found are posts of other people looking for the same thing. Searching the nexusmods website has also not showed me such a mod (except one that breaks any weapon it strips)... Does such a mod exist? Please help out
  10. Thank you for replying. Does anyone have any experience with Deadly Mutilations mod? I would really appreciate if you folks could help answer my questions about that mod (in the first post).
  11. I wanted to ask you, more experienced Skyrim mod users, about how to install the following mods - and in what order should i organize them in the Skyrim's boot thingy. I got these mods to work decently before, but that was a long time ago AND even then they did not work all that well (probably cause i screwed something up). I would mention at the start is that i use only the manual (zip) installation of mods, none of that fancy automated Nexus client for mod installation. If you have any better or newer mods that can do the same thing my mods below are doing, please suggest them :) Also please do mention if some of the mods i mention below are conflicting with one another - perhaps that is also causing problems. The mods i want to use are the following: Unofficial patch for Skyrim Unofficial patches for all Skyrim expansions Realistic Ragdoll Force No Spinning Death Animation Deadly Mutilation SkyUI Customizable Camera Violens Warburg's Paper World Map Convenient Horses Enhanced Blood Textures First thing i am unclear about is the install order for all those mods. Which go first, and is it okay if i get asked to overwrite some files - or is that a mistake? Second, how do i know which mods need to be loaded first (load order)? Some of them mention this, but some do not - any way to know? A few specific questions i did not find answered on the specific mods pages: To get Deadly Mutilations working, i need the "Core" file AND the "meshes pack Vanilla" AND the "1_3_4 Update" AND the "Skeletons Pack (for Realistic Ragdolls and Force)"? So in what order do i install those 4 files? Do i first go for Core then 1_3_4 Update then Meshes Pack Vanilla and then Skeletons Pack (RR&Force) - or is some other installation order required? Thank you very much for reading and helping me out! :)
  12. I recently started playing NWN 2 (and it's 3 expansions) again, but it is kind of horrible without the community made bug fixes and class balancing. Unfortunately i have not played NWN 2 for so long that i forgot what bug fix and class balancing mods were good, and even that has probably changes over the past years. I have read some stickies about popular mods at various NWN2 forums but they are horribly out of date. So i would like to ask you fellas which bugfix and/or class balancing mods you use today, and which would you recommend i use now for a bug-free and class balanced NWN 2 experience?

  14. Sorry this does not work for weapons, only for spells.
  15. I have a problem with making weapon sets for dual wielding as favorites. Namely, i have the following weapons that i would like to be saved as a dual wield pair in the favorites menu. 1. two Fine Skyforge Steel Daggers 2. two Fine Scimitars When i try doing this in-game i will usually get the WRONG offhand, meaning my Dagger gets paired with a Scimitar offhand (or the other way around). I have heard that this is a bug and that there are mods that can fix it (or go around it) to allow proper dual wielding favorite weapons. Can anyone please tell me where is this mod or what is it's name, and if you have a link to it's website. Thank you very much!
