  2. Usually it isn't this difficult for me to figure out a problem, but I have tried pretty much everything I can think of (save cleaned, cell cleaned, nif cleaned) and also read the reddit thread. LOOT is not giving me any warnings either. I read that some people were able to go there with a new character and it worked, but why would this be? Would it have to do with (meridia's) quest progress possibly? It doesn't seem likely but I can't think of much else. I guess the last resort is to disable mods little by little to see if it eventually works.   3. I'm making a beyond borders mod too, only it looks WAYYYYY better than this nonsense.
  4. Anyone know how to get the relay tower to work with the terminal? I copied one of the pack-ins and pasted it in a new area without touching the scripting or anything, but it doesn't work in game.
  5. Hey thanks for that link! I messed around with room bounds and it seems to have rectified most of the graphical issues. With some fine-tuning it should be looking good.

  7. Is there anything I need to do with the "encounterzone" or "location"? What purpose do these serve?
  8. There is a checkbox that says "modulates voice" on one of the helmet modifiers. I think it was the ArmorAddon. If that's not it look through the use info.

  10. they arent using new vegas assist as far as i can tell. they seem to be using Fo4 assists and using a few other mods like the securatron recreated in FO4 mod. side note this looks promising .TTW would prolly like to see this tbh. since they are working on Tale of Three Wastelands now. No,they arent.Dont spread misinformation.They still dont even have TTW completely finished. How is it misinformation? I just re-read the OP and he even said he plans on porting in NV assets. Shutup

  12. I tried using klaxonlight01 that rotates and changed the script so "isOpen" is true, but they still don't turn on.
  13. When I click finalize I can see the green dashes which made me think that meant they were connected, but when I try to get an NPC to chase me in game, the stop and turn around when I hit the edges. How to fix?
