  1. The only realistic way of doing this is deactivating them one at a time and making a save after each time. If you try and uninstall all at once, you're screwed. It would also help to go somewhere that has the least editing possible (for example, an interior vanilla cell without any npcs and no modded objects or items). Wait thirty in game days, so that everything resets, after and before uninstalling. I'm not an expert at this by the way, so don't quote me on this.
  2. Are you using the enemy ai module though? I'm not because I've already got deadly combat. It seems like if it were due to skyre, it would be due to the module effecting enemy ai.
  3. Unintsall, reinstall, and select the night option 4 or 5. Beyond that it's not just dark, the lights get dimmer, so even if you have a torch or spell it's hard to see. When you activate the mod, it should ask you how dark you want nights, and how dark you want dungeons. I also recommend hazardous, not hardcore dungeons.
  4. Making a thread for this because I have no idea what mod(s) are causing the issue, and I was hoping someone else might know. I'll encounter enemies who just stand there and take the hits. For example. a thief who stands there getting stabbed by the townsfolk, or a werewolf (gibbering stranger) that will face their opponent but fail to fight back. My current load order is: If anyone knows whether this is a mod conflict, vanilla bug, or known bug in a specific mod, I would be ever so grateful
  5. Well, it's back up and running, and the author's working on bug fixes and other projects he/she wasn't sure they could do. Kudos for them! Also, stayfrosty isn't insane, my original post was on the mod being dead, and excessively critical. At the time of my post, however, the mod had been taken off of public view, so no one could use it if they hadn't already downloaded.
  6. It seems to have been due to the "extend enemy hp" under immersive creatures. The health was there... it just wasn't displaying correctly in their health bar, so it appeared they weren't taking damage for a while. Probably a conflict between immersive creatures and skyui, or categorized favorites menu, or (and I think this is most likely) the categorized favorites menu oni edition.
  7. I'd help you if I could. Only suggestion I've got is to reinstall nexus mod manager from scratch and/or run it as administrator.
  8. I'm having an issue where my opponents have to take a significant amount of damage before their health bar even begins to go down. For example, I might sneak attack two or three times before the mob drops even one hit-point. After that, though, the fight continues like normal. Health drops at a reasonable rate, etc, etc. So far I've only encountered this issue in Tolvald's Cave, or perhaps the issue is related to Falmer and Chaurus creatures, both vanilla and added by mods. I'm certain this is a mod conflict of some sort, as I've cleared the cave and fought these types of enemies before and didn't encounter this issue. I just have no idea which mods would be causing the problem. 9. The Unofficial patches by Arthmoor are a must-have for me. Other than that, it's really dependent on playstyle. If you like maximum difficulty, Deadly Combat, Deadly Dragons, Dragon Combat Overhaul, are all good mods; I also recommend Run for your Lives, and When Vampires Attack if you get those, or npcs will drop like flies. If stealth is your thing, try Borgut1337's Sneak Tools, as well as Follower Trap Safety, Traps Make Noise, and Better Stealth AI for Followers. Trade and Barter is good if you spend a lot of time playing with money, or end up with millions of gold toward the end of the game. The most recent two mod sanctuary videos by Gopher cover some fun Werewolf mods. If you make a lot of new characters, rather than focusing on one, you might like Alternate Start - Live Another Life by Arthmoor. He also does an Open Cities mod, but that one is taxing on the system by its very nature (so a lot of people have unstable gameplay). I could go on, but what I recommend is going into the individual categories on nexus, and sort by most endorsed of all time. Often the top mods are good, and they'll often have links to other mods that they feel compliment theirs or that they support for other reasons.
  10. Ugh, this bug happened, so I switch to the non essential killable children mod. Which seems to be working, except that stretched out children are now stuck stretched out AND I can't kill them (only essential ones were stretched in my game) I may have to install the old killable children, kill them, get rid of the bodies, and THEN switch over to non-essential killable children at this rate :/
