Alright, thanks, guys! I also found that levelling up my SPECIALs that were affected seems to negate the effects. I levelled up, selected STR and END and voila! Anyways, thanks for all the help. I'll try out some of these fixes, too. :thumbsup:

Hey Nexus Forums, I'm having a particular bug that's really 'bugging' the crap outta me. My usually fairly smart and very strong character is now very weak and stupid due to no reason that I can see at all! Next to my SPECIAL skills of all but Luck (which was already low!) there is a minus sign and most SPECIALs are about 3-5 lower than normal. I checked active effects, perks and went to doctors to cure Radiation Poisoning, limbs etc. and even maxed out my HP then made my H2O, FOD and SLP bars to 0. I play on Hardcore mode, as you can see above, if that makes a difference. If anyone can give me a fix for this, such as a workaround or console code to clear effects, that would be great.
