x4foundations Mod Request: Unlock equipment mods for Large and Extra Large Ships.

I was wondering if it would be possible to unlock the Large and Extra Large equipment mod slots that are greyed out when you try to apply them on the workbench. I know its possible to change the mod values etc... but is it possible to unlock these so that capital ships can be fully modded too?
