I know this thread is really old but this is the only thread I have ever found with this same problem. It's not my mouse because no other game on my Desktop has this problem. This happens with all of my characters, even newly created ones. Neither lowering the resolution or doing what Tumri said in the last post worked. I've reinstalled this game over 4 times in attempt to fix it. I have found absolutely nothing that works, and the game is basically unplayable because none of my characters are good with magic and it's almost impossible to kill someone in combat while you're having to click and hold the mouse or spam click it in order to do one attack. When I first got the game this never happened, the glitch just randomly appeared out of no where. I'm on the verge of completely losing all hope in attempts to find out how to fix this and just completely giving up on Skyrim. If anyone knows anything else about this please help! :sad:
