  1. i agree with all the post here its a shame no one from the kotaku writer can see our "biased" comment here about how good it is to have control about how we want our game to fell and play, and just like @PharmakosChroster have said even the developer learn a lot from mods and take their idea for the next game. because they can gauge hat the community like or don't like from the mods download etc, and Mods do make the game playtime almost limitless because of the possibilities, even my friend still play duke nukem 3d with all the mods
  2. @stayfrosty05 & ginnyfizz i cant put it in a better word, and i think how you play frosty is how a TES game is meant to be played, but i choose my RP mainly in my skill build and decision making ( sadly lack of ) so for some one like me i still need the added immersion mod like frostfall and basic need because without them i cant "RP" the need and restriction to my game play :D. and i laugh about cheating in a single player game in your comment its so true, we always did it from the NES and SEGA era, and if it a necessity like ginnifizz mention only add value of PC gaming in general because we dont have to wait somebody fix it for us : )
  3. i agree with you, i mainly use immersion enhancing Mods like "frosfall, Basic need,Skytest," and a lot of overhaul mods, like Skyre, ACE & Deadly Dragons. but when you read the article in KOTAKU i think they are thinking that we are modding to use silly item like ponies, macho dragon anime stuff and cheat item, i dont think the man who wrote the article know about the Immersion and overhauls mods or what are the possibilities with the community
  4. Today on KOTAKU speak up article theres a debate that Mods and console command Ruin the experience of PC Skyrim. for me personally the Mods in skyrim make me play this game for almost 7 month and i believe even more with the great Modding community here in Skyrim Nexus. please see the article and tell me what do you think about it ?? here is the link KOTAKU
  5. Sunlit Interiors VERSION 1.31 by Domhnall fixed my problem, :thanks:
  6. I've been running oblivion in a very lowend laptop, (amdturionx2 1,9ghz, 1gb RAM, Nvidia Gforce 7150m/630 with 256Vram) I've been working on making oblivion runs with very strict bargain good performance and graphic :o et. like using small texture, disabling all shadows, using Lowpoly mods and textures, oblivion sr, and 720x640 fullscreen display, but still I get considerably poor FPS when some lightsource both in indoors and outdoors (torch, candles, fire etc.). The good news is, recently I have found in oblivionwiki that setting lightLODs into large negative value can disable light from this candles, torch, and so thus it help my FPS, and resulting in very dark indoors. And this dark indoors can be helped with `ts (toggle sky) that make indoors area is bright without losing FPS but in outdoors the sky is gone (pitchblack wether is noon or night) I'm happy with this setting I am now, please help me with this toggle sky indoors off and when in outdoors on without executing console command everytime, :) thank U^^ godbless
