I'm getting this damn message too. I think I'm banned without a reason, no notifications or messages or anything. This is really bad service from nexus.

It may be because your temperature is rising too much because graphics cards activate self protection mode which means they will lower down their clock speed to prevent overheating, and whilst clock speed is down it means lag so it maybe that your airflow isn't that good or you may be stressing out your system.

I think it is the Dawnguard mission if you have been in soul cairn you have do the quest for jiub where you collect the pages. That might be the problem. I saw people complaining about his problem with only Dawnguard dlc so i guess it's that quest that haunts C++.
