Being a Stormcloak, It bothers me that the main menu icon is that of the Legion. I'd frigin' love a mod that changes the logo on the main menu to that of the Stormcloaks. Wouldn't hurt if it was to spin as well ;)

It blows my mind that Oblivion is 9 years old, and no one made a mod that makes over encumbrance work like FO3/NV/Skyrim. In other words I am requesting a mod that makes it so when you are carrying too much, rather tan getting rooted to the ground, you'd be forced to walk instead of running.
