Creative mode?

1. Render the Short Range Transporter wires invisible. (could this be accomplished by bundling it with the wiring cloak that already exists? Or, maybe the already existent cloak could be used as a model for making a cloaking device for the Short Ranger Transporter.) 2. Increase the effective range (now 200 units) of the Short Range Transporter. 600 units would be enough to span a legitimately sized base. Of course, many players use tricks to extend base size. So, 1000+ units would also be appreciated.
