Last night when I closed Vortex, my computer asked if I wanted to let it make changes to the device. I turn on the computer this morning, and the shortcut has a blank picture, I click on it and it does nothing. I can't find the application anywhere on my computer but all the mods I have downloaded with it are still accessible. Does anyone know what happened? And will reinstalling it with the installer corrupt/destroy anything?

That's what I did. I literally tried all of that. Good thing is that it all saved to my Skyrim folder and I can edit stuff from there.

It won't launch. Every time I click it, the program fails to start up.

Vortex was only installed after I found out I couldn't use the NMM.

Latest. I wasn't able to post there for some reason. At least I can still use Vortex for the mods.

Ah, no. The Nexus Mod Manager. Sorry this was late, I didn't see the notification until just now.

So, I don't know if this is the proper place to post this but it seems like it. Anyways, I've been using the Nexus for a few months now and have been using it for Fallout 4 and Skyrim (original). Well, I went to open the launcher yesterday (was going to edit reinstall a mod) and noticed that it wouldn't open up. I've cleaned my computer, restarted it, and even reinstalled the launcher. But nothing has fixed it. Is there something I'm not seeing? And has it happened to anyone else?
