Yesterday i fixed my CTDs (reinstalling all the mods) and when i start playing the game i noticed some enemys and NPCs dont wear any armour only weapons. Pls help me out with this problem. Its not fun fight vs naked enemys. SKSE 1.7.1 Load order

I solve this problem by reinstalling skyrim and all the mods in proper way without LOOT and every thing going good so far. No CTDs Freezes or anything. When i load the last save no lags when i walk in FE, but the privios saves are broken ( Lags and CTD in home )

Good day to all. Sorry for bad English. My problem is when i walk in homes like Elysium estate or Frostival Estate or other home with lots of Weapon and Armour racks and they are filled with weapons and armours i get CTD almost every time. But when i dont get CTD i have missing textures on weapons and armours. I think its because of RAM limit but i've installed ENB booster and did stres test with spawning 200 guards near Windhelm then i went flying with 4x speed and i dont get any CTD. All the informations about game, pc , load order, Memory block logs and stuff is down. Every time I load a save, my favorited weapons like to unequip and equip themselves like 2 or 3 times. It's highly annoying when I load a save, go to draw my sword(s), and they unequip and re-equip right as an ememy's attacking me. Has led to many deaths. I don't know what mod is causing it. Please some one help me this bug very annoying.
