yes there are two ways Alt tab out of Skyrim, empty save folder, Alt tab back to Skyrim, save your game. Now you have a game number 1. Here's another way. Alt tab out of Skyrim. Go to the save folder and move all the autosaves and any other saves you dont want out of there. Alt tab back to Skyrim. Save your game. You then have the next sequential save based on the highest number save you left in the folder. Let's say you emptied a save folder of the all autosaves and left ten save files numbered 1-10. If you Alt tab back to Skyrim, save your game, you now have a save game 11.

Even my English leaves much to be desired ... I'm Italian. The CTD when you want to get into Breezeome is only due to some mod that modifies the home (excluding Downguard) or that change the texture. A mod that creates the CTD of Breezehome is "More Dynamic Shadows" That fixed it for me. More Dynamic Shadows removed and no more problems. Thanks.
