  1. I know Arefu is a bit buggy (alright, this is an understatement), but something came up. Basically, I had finished "Our Little Secret" and ended up having to kill the parents of Andale, which is fine because then we'll have a few less cannibals to terrorize everyone with. The problem is, when I returned to Arefu, everyone had mysteriously turned hostile. So after a bit of digging, I find out that if I fight the parents of Andale when they confront me, it will inexplicably turn Arefu and the Family hostile, so I was wondering - is there any way at all to avoid this situation, like provoke them into attacking me first, so on, so forth? Thanks in advance! Also, I hope this is in the right section of the forums.
  2. Hello! I can't believe it. That fixed it! Right now I'm feeling like such an idiot for not seeing that sooner, and now everything loads properly. That'll teach me to give up so quickly... And, well, uhm, that was a bit of an awkward turn of phrase... but that'd explain why the textures were showing up wrong. Thank you so very much! Nekoneta
  3. Hello Prensa! Well, after re-installing the mod and making sure that I have the three files stated, the raiders still persist with their texture problem. I think maybe Breeze's won't work without FOMM any more or so... I'll try and give it another go, but if not I might just go look for another body replacer or until it's updated so that everything fits well. Thanks for all your help! I do wish this worked out, but until then I might stop and just let it be for now. Nekoneta
  4. Hello Prensa! Just tested out installing with NMM, and it came back with an error of some sort, which was sort of expected. I'll go test out the manual placements again, and see if there's any improvement. Regarding the three files, do I need to remove all the "extra" optionals, or do I just keep them in the folder? Thanks for your help, it's very much appreciated! Nekoneta
  5. Hello, I've been attempting to install Breeze's FO3 Males on my Fallout 3 game manually, as I'm using the NMM. I've tried transferring all my current mods to FOMM to install it, but the end result was that my game would just crash on start up regardless of what mods or how many mods I had, so I ended up switching back to NMM. Basically, I dropped the extracted folder and its relevant files into my Fallout 3 Data folder after renaming the files so that there'd be only one upperbodymale.nif, added the Armor Fixes, activated the ESPs, toggled ArchiveInvalidation on and off and started the game. The game runs perfectly fine, but I noticed that once I started getting to looting - say, the raiders - when I removed the armor they were reverted to wearing their singlet and underwear, along with what looks like a black pair of "leggings" and a black patch on their wrist. Also, the armor didn't activate, even after I ticked the ESP in NMM after dropping these files into the Data folder. Is there something that I've done wrong or missed in the manual installation process? Or is it just that Breeze's simply cannot be installed via NMM or by this method? Thanks in advance!
