There is already a mod that edits the perk tree to vault girl maybe you could contact them. Vault Girl Perk Tree by RuthlessPeasant

i had the same problem but it came from me installing ENBoost one on the files inside my skyrim directory was over writing the skyrimprefs.ini wich was forcing my launcher to only use the intel HD graphics. this may not be the case for you though i would recomend following this video . after you have done what it has said go and open up your launcher and check your display adapters and if it still says "Intel HD Graphics" then go back and check your skyrimprefs.ini and if you find a line saying "sD3DDevice="Intel® HD Graphics Family" then somthing is over writing the file, this is so the you will have to do a lot of trial and error. Rember BACK UP EVERYTHING!!!
