When will the mod be relased?

After completing the main quest in dawnguard dlc, garan asks me if i want to renovate the courtyard path. No matter what the answer the dialogue doesn't end. If I press tab and exit the dialogue there I can't have a dialogue with him no more. Which means I can't take missions from him, and I really want to. I tried reloading the save and approaching him again but nothing happens. Do you guys know how to fix it? Is there any mod? (dawnguard unoffical patch doesn't work for me neither)

So, I didn't know where to post this so I did it here. I have a strange bug that occurs after completing the main quest in dawnguard(vampire side). After talking to Garan Marethi about renovating path to the courtyard dialogue option with him no more works. I can't take any quest's from him. I tried to look it up on the internet but not many people have it. I tried loading old save and talk to him again but nothing changes. D you guys have any mod that will fix this bug? Sorry for bad english (not my native language)
