PS> there's another trick that I might have not mentioned which can save you tie time with BODY SMP instability If you are running with either CBBE-3BBB or BHUNP, they come with an MCM and in the MCM is a hotkey setting for switching between CBPC and SMP modes. Set the hotkey. When your body goes wonky. click the hotkey twice. (Once to switch to CBPC mode and once to switch back to SMP mode). Voila! body instability is reset, just as well as using the console command but without the fuss. And it takes all of one second to do (it does not reset items like wigs though) Great suggestion and such a simple solution, yet, I never would have guessed about it. Thank you.

Thanks for the suggestion. To be honest, in my frustration I didn't even notice this thread is for SSE. For the moment I'm playing LE. Anyway, I guess your note about large carry weights is valid for the LE as well. I'll remove the mod (in my case 100x Your Carry Weight - or 10x or 25x) and try the command player.setav carryweight (N) instead. My problem with this particular issue (and another one concerning character movement - my thread here) is, I cannot trace the mod or mods triggering it, as it seems to happen randomly. For example, yesterday I changed the hair of my character and right after I left Racemenu, she started walking normally again. Later on, after some carnal adventures, she was slowed down again for annoyingly long period of time (and still moving only in first person), despite the fact that I zeroed and deactivated all options in the different mods that might penalize/slow her down. I changed her hair again, just to check if that will bring the normal movement back, but it didn't work this time. And then again, out of nowhere, she started walking normally again with no evident reason.

Have the same issue and it's driving me crazy. It appeared from nowhere and I got stuck with it, as I don't want to start a new game. I've been starting from the damn Abandoned Prison so many times, I lost count. And my carry weight is always 21500 (I'm using an essential mod for that, I can't even think of playing this game without), so it looks like that's not going to help resolve the issue. If any of you guys find a solution, please post it here, it would be most appreciated.
