  1. I do indeed use SSE Engine Fixes. In the patches section the entry for "MemoryManager = true" was there, however there was not a "UseTBBMalloc = true" entry in the experimental section. Adding the missing entry for TBBMalloc and setting it to either true or false has no solved the problem. This problem isn't limited to vanilla NPCs either. Any NPC that is pulling from a smithing/armour/weapon merchant level list - such as Saga in the Divine Elegance Store - also causes a freeze. (Loki and Freya in the Divine Elegance Store don't cause a problem). Looks like a problem with the level list, either a particular mod or how the bashed patch is built? - Dave *edit* I should also add that I have used coc from the main menu to travel around and test as well as using existing saved games. Update 1 ::: [11:26 GMT] ::: Removed ALL weapon and armour mods, seems stable. Now to start adding back in. Update 2 ::: [12:41 GMT] ::: The problem is being caused by NordwarUA's mod Realistic Armour ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/36151 ) which has surprised the heck outta me tbh. As soon as I added it back in the problem occurred. Removing it resolved the problem. Not the mod I was expecting to be causing me a problem.
  2. Greetings all. I've been experiencing a problem when trying to engage in trade with 'Smithing Merchants' such as Alvor. After asking them what they have for sale, instead of the barter/trade window opening the game freezes. I've tried removing, disabling and reinstalling mods. I've mods in different combinations. But alas, I've no idea why this is *only* occurring with smithing merchants. Below is a copy of my most recent Bashed Patch file in case that helps. Thank you in advanced for any suggestions. - Dave
  3. I don't view the nexus everyday (shocking I know). If you message me or leave a comment on my mods you might be waiting more than 24 hours for a reply.
  4. Indeed it is. I did a COC from the main menu to a few places and it did indeed work when I used the fast travel from the fingerpost. Oh well, no panic, i've only just started a fresh save so i'll start again! Cheers, Dave
  5. Thanks for the replies and apologies for the complete lack of replies from myself. I assumed, incorrectly it would appear, that nexus would automatically provide me with reply notifications to my own created topics and it didn't (maybe i've changed a setting!?!? Who knows) I will have another look in the CK and peruse the specific form list and add in my own axe and see if I can get it to cooperate. Thank you both Dave
  6. Greetings, I quite enjoy using the mod Road Signs Fast Travel but I wanted to change the Map Marker point that you travel to. Instead of travelling directly into the respective walled City, such as Whiterun, I'd instead like to be dropped outside the city at the stables map marker. So I went ahead and opened the mod in SSEedit and found the records to adjust, in this case : 05001DB2 SFTRoadSignWhiterun01 Whiterun Under the property MapMarkerDestination we have an object: WhiterunMapMarkerREF [REFR:000162CE] (places MapMarker [sTAT:00000010] in GRUP Cell Persistent Children of [CELL:0001A270] (in WhiterunWorld "Whiterun" [WRLD:0001A26F]) at 4,-2) I've changed this to : WhiterunStablesMapMarker [REFR:00072879] (places MapMarker [sTAT:00000010] in GRUP Cell Persistent Children of [CELL:00000D74] (in Tamriel "Skyrim" [WRLD:0000003C]) at 4,-3) However, when I activate a fast travel from a Fingerpost it still drops me directly into the city of Whiterun rather than outside at the stables. Would anyone have any suggestions as to why it's still taking me into the city - is the travel point perhaps baked into the save file? Cheers, Dave
  7. Greetings all, I'm trying to add a lightweight Woodcutter's Axe. I've duplicated the base game item, lowered its weight, added it as a new form and given it a name. However, in Skyrim when i try to chop wood it says I don't have an axe for chopping. Clearly I am missing something - probably blindingly obvious. Any suggestions. Cheers, Dave
