They amass an army unlike any seen before, pillaging destroying cities and villages they come across. No Stormcloak nor Imperial is able to defend against them. Not even the Dragonborn can stop the tides of fate. But there is one, one Dark Elf... Esbern says he lives in isolation in a small town in Akavir, and that he's more than what he appears. You are given a letter marked with the symbols of the Moon-n-Star. You secretly journey your way into Akavir, witnessing the snake like people torture and kill Imperials and Stormcloaks alike. After finding this Dark Elf, you convince him to at least speak with Esbern. A small army of snake soldiers surrounds the two of you. You hold them off while the Dark Elf tries to remember a lock combination to open some chest he says he'll need. Wave after wave of enemies and you are finally knocked to the ground, and the Dark Elf emerges from the cottage, wielding Hopesfire. You get to watch him easily dispatch the remaining 30 soldiers. After talking to Esbern it's a series of quests to recover Trueflame, and back into Akavir into a overkill guarded stronghold to recover a certain ring. Some quests uniting Stormcloak, Imperials, Redoran, and Telvanni forces together, and then it's an all out battle first on land then at sea, and you get to see the Akavir General's Dovakinlord whose shouts are unlike any you've seen before - even a Fus will have a large area affect ragdoll whacking force. This would be a mod where the Nerevarine and Dovakin fights alongside against a huge army. :D
