  1. Hi Levionte, and thanks for being one of the few people that have the courtesy to answer a simple question. I don't understand why many people here automatically assume everyone understands the reasons why some things are done when they can just take a little time to explain and educate. I play skyrim a lot and it is good to know why some of the old game hasn't made it to SSE yet.
  2. Curious as to why I haven't received a message as to a reason it isn't being considered? At least let a guy know the obstacles to tackling my request. Thanks!
  3. There was a mod by Amethyst Deceiver that had variants of the Dark Brotherhood armor in which the color variants were produced via different spell books. There were five dead assassins buried at different dragon mounts you had to dig up to get the armor and weapon variants. I would like to see this mod on SSE and maybe tweak the color variants or add a few more styles, as well as have the ability to upgrade and add enchantments to the sets or weapons. Maybe add a quest element to it and place it in other areas other than the dragon word wall areas on the mountain tops. Hopefully, someone can contact or reach Amethyst Deceiver and put this cool mod on SSE soon. Thanks for the consideration :).
  4. Looks like an epic game that I would relish playing!
  5. I am a premium member and I wanted to address something. If this has been talked about already I apologize in advance. Before I begin, yes I know I don't have to download nor must I look at a mod if I don' like it. I am concerned with the fact that modders are allowed to post certain types of mods; eg follower mods or other types that clearly need pics to see if they are worth the time to download. This has been happening consistently lately and to me is a very disturbing new habit that I think has serious potential drawbacks, here's why. Premium members, like myself subscribe to pay to get unlimited access and etc. Since this has been happening, I have noticed a sharp decline in the overall common standards that everyone expects from modders, and I personally think that Nexus should have some stricter standards made before a mod is allowed to be put up. I'm mainly concerned about things that have allowed "laziness" to foster in the most unbeneficial ways that would not motivate a veteran player like me to want to come to the site. Pics or other usual features before uploading are becoming a rare occurrence for mods that people would want to see before ever downloading it. The obvious result of this recent trend is useless clutter in your systems, less potential payable client base to keep the site up and running, and chance to lower the interest overall to play skyrim, which I love. Please set better standards, as I have been sincerely thinking about ending my long subscription I have had with your site. Thank You
  6. (1) I would like to see a highlander mod where immortals are put in the game with Connor and Duncan from the movie and series along with the bad guys from both. Maybe if you cut someone's head of you could get a quickening effect. There is a mod that will lift the player up in the air when absorbing a soul from dragons. Maybe lightning effects could be added during that process and powers or something gained from each enemy. Included would be the swords (yes I know the old mods exist) and would like to see updated versions to those. (2) A heavy armor set for Redguards, unique and detailed. (3) More Viking mods accurate to their culture (weapons and armor most seem outdated) (4) Monty Python anything maybe a voice reaction mod from the black knight reacting to hits or my own offense. "it's just a flesh wound." Thanks I hope someone actually looks at these things :)
  7. Actually the one I am talking about I mistyped, it is supposed to be royal_daedric.esp.
  8. I need a little guidance. I have the new perk mod that everyone has been raving about. I recently upgraded the daedric armor and weapon improvement mod to its latest version. I am assuming that is where the royaldaedric.esp was located because after I upgraded the mod and ran LOOT it said that I have a warning because the royaldaedric.esp is missing. I don't want to go back to the old mod version, so how do I get around this issue? Or can I not? Not sure how to fix it other than reverting to the old mod version..sigh.
  9. This is a weird glitch. After I kill an enemy by decapitation, his head stays in the air and he keeps coming after me until I wail on him a lot more or get him with a different kill move. Any ideas on how to fix this?
  10. Thank you Camaro that helped eliminate the error after I found the files from the older game and remove them. I still have antialiasing with some effects removed so when I get that fixed I'll be good to go.
  11. I just restarted a new game of skyrim and cleaned everything up etc etc. When I log in with my new character I start to see the following message: "hardware antialiasing detected," after that shows up not ten seconds later this message shows up: "Error! bFloatRenderTarget=1 is not set in SkyrimPrefs.ini or you have several copies of this file." I made sure my graphics card has this game optimized for the game and I went to the notepad section under Skyrim folder in my game folder and made sure the bFloatRenderTarget=0 was saved as =1. Why am I getting this message and how do I correct it? Thank you in advance.
  12. Please make this gorgeous temptress. Hopefully someone with mad skills can make her look awesome. Please add all the bells and whistles of the higher quality ones like Cerwiden :) Thanks for looking
  13. I would like to see a mod that cleans up any books or papers we throw away from our inventories. Yes I know we could sell them to clear this stuff away but I am a person that likes convenience with all the other tasks we do in skyrim already.
  14. Could someone be so kind as to revamp the look of the Nightingale hideout so it looks more like a place someone would stay. Maybe approach it from upgrading the place with various options through the Thieves Guild? I did research enough to notice that the ones that used to be done were a bit out of date. Thanks for at least bothering to read my request.
